Meeting of the New Haven Ecology Project Board of Directors

Present: Kyeen Andersson, Wendy Battles, Ilene Crawford, Michael Doolittle, Beth Klingher, Jane Lee, Kerry Lord, Charles Negaro, Bob Parker, Errol Saunders, Brian Springsteen
Regrets: Babz Rawls Ivy, Terri Snell
Wendy called the meeting to order at 5:37 PM.
Wendy moved and Beth seconded the motion to move into Executive Session to hear and discuss the recommendations of the Executive Director Search Committee. APPROVED.
Errol moved and Jane seconded leaving Executive Session. APPROVED at 6:20 PM.
Errol moved and Ilene seconded the motion to accept the recommendation of the Executive Director Search Committee and to empower an ad hoc Compensation Committee of Ky, Ilene and Bob to negotiate an agreement with the candidate. APPROVED.
Beth moved and Charles seconded the motion to adjourn at 6:30 PM.
Next Board of Directors meeting is May 20, 2019 in room 103 and is open to staff and the public.
